I was just working with a gentleman and when he entered on connect it closed the menu without opening the next screen. We got the same result when I had him enter on option.
What could be wrong?

Just make a portable copy of NVDA on a thumb drive or other removable media and when it asks if you want to copy the user configuration settings check the box. Now you can use that

Have to check, but I believe when you are back on document canvas the highlighted status will sound if you have set NVDA to report formatting.
Otherwise, while navigated onto the Formatting toolbar

Yes, both atguys and code factory servers went offline.
When they came back online I had to reactivate again, however I didn't lose my authorisation so thats good.
