It might be that you haven't given your browser access to your location - which is fair enough although that might be how the site narrows down your time zone. To be honest, I'm not sure, I'll check

that sounds like a not-uncommon issue and it does have a simple workaround. Go to the View ribbon and tab to Draft View. In that view the down arrow will take you to the next page. The
