Did you get this figured out?
I seem to recall you are using brltty.
In linux you must specifically enable braille input in the config file.
perhaps there is a similar requirement in windows.

To see one link per line, which should be the default but isn't, open browse mode settings with control NVDA key b.
Tab to use screen layout when supported.

Oh well, apparently one cannot execute plugin menu commands within a macro. And the shortcut mapper is completely inaccessible. I Added next/prev misspelled word hotkeys with sighted assistance.
