What confuses me is:
1. The problem only happened after an update, so QWS itself isn't bugged.

it if i remember right is called switch synth and to see where the
official add ons are in in nvda tools then add on manager then there is
a button called get add ons then press the enter key.

Well, that program is probably quite old, and for me has not gotten an update since about 2004 or so. You can contact the author but if he is no longer updating I would switch to a different midi

I have come across objects that can't be activated from the keyboard at all. Not even the simulated mouse click keys will work. This is a clear viol.ation of

F7 and then enter on the item I want. Why this happens I don't know.
