Hello! You have bought the SAPI5 version of Eloquence. So, in the synths list of NVDA you should choose Microsoft Speech API 5 and then with NVDA+Control + arrows select the desired language

Did you purchase the Sapi 5 version or the NVDA addon? Others may know better as I have no direct experience but I think there may be issues with associating the correct version of the addon version

All my add-ons have been updated to be python3 compatible, including Bluetooth Audio. You can download python 3 versions on their respective github pages.
