Re: NVDA not coming on when I start the computer
Well, since when you "restart" NVDA it is working normally for you, it sounds like you don't have a major issue with speech being completely disabled. I can assure you that Microsoft Teams will work

Re: NVDA navigation problems
It doesn't seem like that is the case, because it seems to me that a stuck NVDA key would cause more problems than just that, but I will try to change the NVDA key to caps lock or something and see if

Hi Quenton,
I am using Windows 10 on all my systems. Windows Defender is my default anti virus. I do have Malware bytes on two systems as well. I am not seeing this issue at all.

Could you explain further what did you mean by "Your laptop is no
longer coming up with speech with the latest update of NVDA?" I was
unable to understand the problem.

Re: NVDA and my bank's website.
hi.
Thank you for the replies.
Sarah, running as administrator did not change anything.
Quinton, I will try your suggestion today and report back.
Off list, it was suggested I mention the bank I use.

Shyam from Innovision gave me the assurance that there will definitely be a compatible add-on for NVDA once version 2019.3 is released. I will keep following up with them

Dear Pele
This is slightly odd as, unless I am misunderstanding you, I can get this information from NVDA easily in 2 ways.
Firstly as George say - turn on tool tips and the properties of each file

In fairness I don't think they targeted anything, I think it was just an over-zealous algorithm flagging something that didn't fit its model of how the world should be. That's as it is, what I can't
