Re: Serious issue with NVDA not reading menus and totally silent in Firefox and Chrome
Applying the "Com registration tool" might help fixing that.
from NVDA menu then tools submenu, you'd find it there.
If it didn't work
Try to turn off NVDA and use narrator to "run NVDA as

Re: changing reading speed on the fly in say all profile
Ah ok, yes I see.
Ok so to adjust the speech rate, first manually activate the profile, and then simply set the speed to what you want for say all. Once you're done, manually deactivate the profile.

Why do we get kicked out of the menu after hitting enter on connect?

If we don't take time to think before we speak we may find ourselves in a situation where our speech becomes a bit stinky!

That sounds like it should work (you don't specifically need to be in Word, you can edit the say all profile from anywhere) When you created the profile and linked it to say all, did you manually

Nevzat, it appears you're getting some sort of message, likely from
Microsoft Word itself. I seriously doubt this has anything to do
w/NVDA, really, other than the fact that NVDA is announcing it.
