Have you recently uninstalled an office product by any chance?
This issue seems to affect all versions of windows sometimes where some parts of internet explorer do not get reregisterd when some bits

The problem is often the way the program registers the dll files. If they are part of the system then you can only delete them on a reboot. Often they tend to stay because if they a are removed then

Yes but the one problem with this is that the whole latest file being downloaded is also read repeatedly as well. If you have more than one item in the list then you can cursor down to this to stop

I just downloaded the new addons Switch synth and tested out with my NVDA.
I follow what is stated by the addons page, to select slot by ctrl+shift+nvda+1.
Then I pressed ctrl+shift+nvda+v to save

Run a system restore point from before you installed the program. If it is on and if it runs without giving you an error message, it will undo all changes.

what is a good uninstaller to use? i installed some software tried it then uninstalled it and during the uninstall it said it could not unregister some dll files and it did not completely

here, though yes, typing sometimes is inaccurate, try using the review
cursor especially when doing things like moving
