No, because its so infrequent and intermittant that it does not always appear.
Its appearing a lot more than it used to, but its something like once or twice a week to a month.

I believe I've also seen this. It will sometiems go away on its own, and sometimes not. Hagve you reported this to github so they can keep track of this as well?

If you happen to know Linux/Unix, the awk command will be very easy to use to do the conversion.
A JAWS dictionary line has the fields, in order: Actual word|Replacement
