Hi,
The cost for Reaper's license for individuals or small businesses is $60 US, although there is a trial period in which you can evaluate.
The accessibility extension (Osara) is free.

Hello!
I have already sent you a link to our latest driver...
For NVDA 2019.2.1 or previous, use the 3.0.14 driver found at our page, vocalizer-nvda.com.

Hello Rui. Can you confirm that Tiflotecnia's version of Vocalizer is NVDA 2019.3 compatible? Upon downloading the driver I was told it was incompatible.
Thanks.

Re: are there hot keys for raising and lowering speed of speech?
Hi folks,
I have a desktop keyboard but find it more convenient to set my NVDA to laptop.
When I try to use the synth settings ring, the NVDA plus shift plus control with left or right do nothing.

Re: accessing mail headers in Thunderbird
Hello:
Try pressing control + end to move to the end of the message. Then try tabbing. It still may take 3 or 4 tab presses, but I usually get to the headers that way.
