Yes, makes more sense. As for why it crashes, try disabling all add-ons and see what happens next time you log onto your computer.

Apologies, I realise now I didn’t tell everything. That crash only happens once after restart. If I try to launch NVDA again, it runs perfectly well without any flaws. But as soon as I restart,
