Hi,
You can’t change how long Windows will wait after you log in before starting something – more so in Windows 8.x and later due to Ease of Access integration.

The relay server is the host that you log into when setting up a remote connection. It would be your own version of nvdaremote.com.

Yes, makes more sense. As for why it crashes, try disabling all add-ons and see what happens next time you log onto your computer.
