That really depends on whether they're in features you actually use. Office has been very accessible for a very long time, and 365 has all of its base DNA in Office 2016 and 2019.

The accessibility improvements more than justify this. Office 365 is considerably more accessible over time, and has features that never make it into the three year releases of office.

Zoom is very accessible with NVDA. NVDA read the chat messages, all alerts and the program can use with tab.
