Not really sure what happened there. I reset a few things and everything is fine now. I just wasn't sure if it was because of an update.

Remember OneCore and SAPI5 are two different sets of voices (mobile vs. desktop). So they have different sets of voices. As it relates to the Phonetic Punctuation add-on, an ellipses (...) is sent
