I forgot to add that there is also a program called text cloner that is roughly $129 and is complete accessible.
I know of two other blind people that use it.

I would think you are discussing performing OCR on documents and then saving them in a new format./ That is not the original document. it is a recognized copy and is unlikely to be what is wanted.
