In a situation like yours, where you sound like you have a very fresh Windows 10 installation coupled with a fresh NVDA install, is simply uninstall NVDA after downloading

I'm thinking this Browser Marks option found in the Browser Nav add-on should be a stand alone NVDA add-on itself. The potential with it is unlimited. Have dramatically improved my ability to navigate

It isn't great. you can do it but it isn't a fun experience. Learn the hot keys. It is actually slightly better with Jaws than NVDA but not significantly and it isn't really pleasant with

Yes, I do prefer to have a more detailed configuration for the browser marks. e.g. setting marks for specific window title; one entry per each line, instead of putting all rules in the same

Hmmm true, but ccleaner portable serves me well.
All the settings are in an ini file and the app is on another site.
And while ninite would probably work, the trick isn't to hide behind another tool
