If it were a Linux system, I might be in a position to help, but unfortunately I'm not familiar with Windows serial port handling or whether BRLTTY supports it.

There will have to be a terms of service document of some sort to protect remote server operators
But the transfer should be encrypted: the remote operator should never be able to determine anything

That's true, I remember sendlink. I still don't really see this an option. I saw team viewer working that way when an aira agent copied a web address from my address bar to their clipboard and pasted

Why, Sarah? Every other remote desktop platform out there can move files from one machine to the other. I know people who run their whole business that way: moving files to and from remote computers

If you want something similar google the ibm tts add on. You will need to supply your own ibm dll but I have an add on someone put together that someone bundled with the dll. I can give it if anyone

The Code Factory version of Eloquence has weird pronunciation in some words. It isn't worth 70 or something dollars IMO. And the Vocalizer voices that are bundled with eloquence lag as hell.
