If you do a Google search for NVDA add-on nativeaccess, you will likely find any that are available, if any. When I want to know if there is an add-on for a program, rather than go to the add-ons

I don't use the updater so others can discuss it. Regarding add-ons, I don't know where you are looking. If you go to:
https://addons.nvda-project.org/index.en.html
that is the official NVDA add-ons

Hi,
Depends on add-ons you are already using or wish to use an add-on for a specific purpose (or more). Major add-ons were ported to recent NVDA releases.
Cheers,
Joseph

After you try Joseph's test, you may want to try this.
It is possible that Windows removed the voices for some reason. To try to get them back, press your windows key and type "speech".

I just reset the configuration to the factory default, and the "Windows OneCore voices" still don't show up
