I haven't come across issues like this, across both windows 7 32 bit, windows 7 64 bit, and now on windows 10, with NVDA, so, while not sure what could be causing hassles, don't think it is being

Has anyone got a tool to scan to a Word doc?
I scanned a letter into a JPG file and used the OCR add-on, which gave hopeless results.

I'd recommend pressing control alt N when that happens.
I'd recommend making a ticket request if possible and mentioning that
you have a log.

Hmmm if its the main installer you will need sight for it.
If you extract the installer executables you should be able to run the instals seperately.

I have used Eloquence for 5 years and didn't phocus on E-speak as I
didn't think it would say

What synthasiser are you using?
I use elloquence and it is pronounced twenty five hundred using either the American english or the British voices.
