This issue is fixed for me with Zoom Version: 5.4.6 (59296.1207). Just tested it in a meeting with 179 users online and scrolling through the list worked as supposed, no matter if Zoom was maximized

I agree, there has got to be a way but I can’t find it. When positioned on one of the cells in question and I press Control+1 to open the format Cells dialog, it opens in the number tab

TWBlue seems to be working fine for me with NVDA. I'm using the snapshot version of TWBlue, and the latest version of NVDA.
