Well I just searched about, there is no native driver in fact the same message was asked on another blind tech list in 2016.
I then looked at optelec's site and there are no drivers.

Given that this display dates from approximately 14 years ago, the probability of any new native support for it is so close to zero as to effectively be zero.

I wander if your narater brltty is causing issues, it shouldn't, however maybe if you uninstall brltty for narator, then install native brltty on windows then it should work but who knows.

I no longer have access to such display but back in 2019 when I had to
use it for a few weeks I've managed to connect it with NVDA via BRLTTY.

I have, actually. Voiceover doesn’t even see it as a table, but I am not seeing the shifting issue with JAWS, however, the latency navigating with JAWS prevents it from even being a solution. I
