Well, I don't know if this app will become a paied app or free.
At this stage, the app works only with an external keyboard, connected via bluetooth.
There are still some bugs, but it promises

Agreed. I often need to access my computer while on my phone, down stairs to check on something. I’ve been relying on someone in notepad on my machine sending me messages as to how things are going.

Now if it would only spread to android/mac/linux, you could basically run a windows system with nvda and control it from anywhere you want.
So all you would need is whatever you wanted and run it

That would be a correct conjecture. I don't think of any of the screen reader "remotes" as being the equivalent of a standard remote desktop.
