I also hear nvda say”unknown once in a while.
It never seems to bother what I am doing so I ignore it.

I am not using a headset and the power is not turning off. The cursor seems to just be missing the word at the beginning of a line. thanks for the suggestion, though.

If you type the letters themselves, such as fl, in the speech dictionary as the pattern, and then the same letters again in the pronounced as field, you will accomplish what you want.
