jaws has a nice ocr with document OCR facility which works nicely with
image pdf also.
does NVDA has such OCR features?

I was not able to tell if the cloud OCR is a new one, either. A Google search turns up the old one on the website and I have not tried the other suggestion.

yes it does, its only 200 aud, and is cheaper than other ocr stuff.
Pluss abbyy has a habbit of including free offers in their software.
