In addition to this unless you need pro features to avoid all the syncronisers running I wouldn't even sign in.

Well he needs to remove adobe reader and then install the 32 bit version.
Have no idea why the fudge adobe reader dc 64 bit crashes when reading pdfs I mean it shouldn't.

“My Computer” does not feature in Windows 10, to open “File Explorer” in it’s Windows 10 e1quivalent, press Windows+e.
