The whole purpose of the utility is so folks can't access it. It's
basically a motherboard rootkit.

I would try using Narrator to gain access to this utility. Sometimes, NVDA appears to have frozen. No object navigation, nothing else works.

If you need an accessible uninstaller go to google and look for "BCU" It can even do quiet uninstallers which is nice.

Think about what Webroot actually is and it's no surprise that a Captcha is used by the uninstaller. It's just another way to prevent "bot uninstallation" without human intervention. It's

I use to run that a long time ago when it actually worked. I gave it up when it wouldn't quit calling jaws a virus, and then came the advertisements.
