I can't think of anything, but then I believe it's only available in Windows 10 professional and enterprise? So I don't have it on this machine to test with in any case.--

Just turn off speech before you type with NVDA key s. Then when you finish typing, turn speech on again with NVDA key s twice.

This bug is fixed in NVDA 2021.3. In the meantime, you can go to NVDA
advanced options and disable the use of Microsoft UI Automation for
Microsoft Word until we get to NVDA

Microsoft Word table navigation broken in NVDA 21.1
Putting it out here because I bet I am not the only one to experience this.
When navigating in side of a table created in Word 365 using control + alt + arrows, NVDA will report nont in a table cell

One bit of input from me: The use of Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2019 remains very common. I don't know where the ribbon changes occurred, but you might want to find out where, and leave in
