Re: Does the latest release play nicely with Firefox? And the addon stuff isn't yet relevant if I update now, correct?
The problem had nothing to do w/NVDA. It was a problem caused by a
change made to Firefox, & it's all been fixed now.

Hi Janet, I'm by no means a certified NVDA trainer or anything of that sort, but I think it'd be useful to know just a bit more information. Maybe this is something NV Access (aka Quentin) may need to

Looking for a certified NVDA trainer in Canada
Hello,
I am looking for someone in Canada certified in NVDA training to work with me to see whether there is any way to use NVDA with the proprietary software used by the company I contract for.

Regarding reading webpages I can recommend my TextNav add-on. You can press Alt+Shift+DownArrow to find the text where you can start reading - it works well on most webpages.

Re: what next
No, this question was about a user who flashed the bios and had to replace his computer. I am very doubtful it was this list.

Not that I use NVDA constantly, but when I have used 2021.2 with the latest version of Firefox it was not in any way ill-behaved.

A mac is able to do that because it uses a striped version of the OS.
There is another menu of options that you do need sight to use it.
