Don’t know how e-mails react on a braille display however.

Just always read line by line,
Remember I used to use jaws so not as difficult.
However as Mentioned to steve I found its only with certain commercial e-mails I have this problem.

I am using outlook 2016 with nvda 2021.1 or 2 and no problems. I am mostly just using the email portion of outlook, no problems.

If you use read to end instead of manually moving by line, you won't hear blank spoken. NVDA doesn't announce blank lines in read to end.

One thing I noticed is that the e-mails I have difficulty with are what I would call the commercial ones from the like of Anglian water,

I agree, but this is one reason I couldn’t use NVDA in a professional setting, it is not good enough at Office products yet.

Got that my friend,
I still use jaws 2019 for small things like outlook but, as a matter of interest will try narrator.
However I find nvda still good for most of my needs.

As I have said before, after using JAWS 2022 and seeing how Outlook can be done, NVDA with Outlook is a horrible experience.
Even Narrator is better in outlook specifically than

Sorry, it just closes no mater if space bar or enter. So if you arrow down your going to the next folder in list.
It did that before my reinstall of total everything for new drive.

I should clarify that when I opened in Safe Mode, although the keyboard shortcut took several seconds to do it, once I was in the Styles pane I could move around okay.
