True, actually you can access things like that using the start menu’s search function. If you type goog, you will fine google chrome in programs. Or even more parameters. It’s actually quite

Not sure.
Something could be in the background.
Could be something got mangled.

Gene is also correct in that first letter nav really isn't limited to first letter. I can type quickly enough to reliably use two, but rarely three. How many you can use depends on how many you can

But if you use first letter navigation, why does that matter? I directly move to almost nothing on the desktop. And actually, you can get to something even faster by typing more than just the first

Oh, I didn’t know that. I’ve had desktop short cuts for years. I have only nine icons on it. I have NVDA, an Arlene folder and so on.

Re: NVDA object navigation
Not at all. consult the documentations for more on the keyboard shortcuts you can use. There are a lot, some of which I don’t even use and more of them I forget as I don’t use them.

Yeah I actually for me have that turned off, so nvda for me is not on my desktop. Many people though for what ever reason leave desktop short cuts on and that will in time create a lot of clutter,

Joseph, I want to thank you for all the work you have done for those of us who use NVDA. It is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, that made sense. I appreciate everyone's help. Another question I have is, how do I move the cursor in NVDA? Do I have to use the mouse?

Using Matter Most via the webinterface or the Windows client?
Hi,
I have to use the communication software Matter Most at work in future.
The web interface seems to be accessible basicaly, but it is not really snappy to work with it like in general chat
