I dont know if this will work, but you could try removing the voice and adding it again, a long shot but it may work

Hi. It's odd that your version of NVDA does this. What speech synthesizer do you use? I use ESpeak, and when it says no next, it's very clear that this is what it's saying and that these are separate

I’ve tried it with Narrator a few minutes ago, but it is doing the same thing. So yeah, there is a serious problem with thesignature dialog that Microsoft needs to fix ASAP.
