Jean, this is probably because if you split caps, like this: “NoNext” some synths, including Eloquence will treat it as two words, but others won’t.
The default OneCore voices don’t do

Hi Brian,
A work around, although this should be fixed, is to make a dictionary entry and replace nonext with no next.
But I agree, it is in the NVDA code, someone can’t spell. 😊

I think BrowserNav should work in Outlook, although I didn't test it thoroughly.
