It's actually located in the General Pane of Excel Options. ALT + F, T, then tab over into the pane then either tab to the checkbox or hit ALT + L to be taken straight to it and

It's located in the 'view' menu. I'm sorry--I don't have Office 2019
to give specific instructions but hopefully you can find it there.

I am using Windows 10 and Microsoft 2019, and I think the latest version of NVDA. I even tried using google sheets as an alternative but that does way too much talking and delay when you enter data in

TheeQuinn, there's quite a bit you don't tell us that might be
important, ie, what version of Excel you're using, your version of
Windows, etc.
