Does the keyboard work when no screen-reader is present and does Narrator work? You don't say whether an internal or external keyboard is used but I think it is very unlikely security is causing the

I’m sure I have seen Tyler answer this question before and he said the Remote.ini was corrupt and to delete it. Restart NVDA and it will be regenerated when Remote is initiated.

Yeah, we also use Slack exclusively and while most of it is doable, I generally just don’t find it to be the most accessible, screen reader friendly app overall. Microsoft teams is marginally better
