I don't use that feature but without having tried it, it appears that the same interface comes up and that it is just as accessible.
This is an excellent example of how people who want to

Not necessarily. Just having a log telling you what is occurring doesn't mean the solution would be any different. Probably, going into safe mode was the only solution short of something like

You could have used the “log” to pound the computer into submission.

Re: Attending a meeting using Microsoft Teams
I actually don’t have that issue, I’m using a usb headset for teams and for nvda both running through the same card, but yeah maybe my card is better than my internal. Good to know though.

Janet,
The other thing to remember is when in a team meeting, if you get NVDA speaking through the same soundcard, some kind of audio ducking may take place. I get this a lot with my work

Re: I've really gotten myself into a pickle.
I doubt a log is going to help in this case. In theory this should not have happened. Oh well, it’s fixed now, and I learned about safe mode and narrator. So positive things and all.
Take care

Its odd. I wonder if the log has any useful information. Perhaps a Windows log would contain the information. It sounds as though NVDA is blocking UAC from receiving the yes or no command,
