Bring up one of NVDA's dialogs, like General Settings, and leave it open. That might give it a window you can capture audio from.

Since no one else has complained about the problem, this sounds like a problem with your specific installed version. Try creating a portable version and see if the same problem occurs. Or try

The subject line says what I was using, the Code Factory Add-on. But more specifically, I’m using Eloquence. I seem to be able to reproduce it with any synth though.

In my case the issue occured even when I used the Input Gestures dialogue in NVDA options. And, as I described erlier, when I unloaded NVDA and replaced the gestures.ini file

Yes, I always restart my computer when I update my software, not only NVDA.
BTW, I downgraded to the previous version and problem is gone

Yes its just a great shame that shortcuts could not be agreed between companies for similar functions, as muscle memory is a lot to do with productivity.

They're "Log" level, rather than login level - they determine the amount of information recorded in your NVDA log file. You can find the log in your %temp% folder (note the percent signs either side
