This seems to be a bug of NVDA.
You can open a GitHub issue for it if you want it to be fixed.

Without a model number it's impossible to be sure, but as Akash Kakkar has said, a number of their keyboards use Fn + ESC as a function key lock toggle command.

Please try pressing FN+Escape once, and if it doesn't work, then please try FN+Shift and your keys should invert
