Re: Microsoft word: determine bullet shapes with NVDA
You can select all the lists in a document to set them all to the same style. Note that this will select BOTH numbered and bulleted lists:
1. Press control+alt+shift+s to open the Styles toolbar

Re: looking for an raml editor that works with nvda
Notepad++ supports YAML, of which RAML is an offshoot. You might be able to get away with that. There could very well be a RAML plug-in, too.

Re: Notepad++/NVDA compatability possible bug?
Thanks all – yes not having updated NVDA was the issue! Mystifying as I double checked my settings and I’m supposed to automatically get notified about updates, which didn’t happen. Ah well.

NVDA, Python 3 and NVDA API
Hello everyone,
I'm unsure of where to post this: it's a bit technical but perhaps "not enough". Apologies if you think otherwise.
With Python 3 support and NVDA 2019.3, will we have problems

That is fine. But I would still prefer to be able to lock it in phonetics and unlock it when I am done. For example, while reading a long alpha numeric serial number.

Re: Notepad++ add on - getting it to work?
If you can get that to work in Notepad++ then my hat's off to you. I cannot, and I have never seen anyone who could.
The advice is absolutely context specific to Notepad++, which has no Help menu

I made an error. Its numpad 8 three times and numpad 5 three times. In my original message, I said numpad 8 twice, which is incorrect.

That's because it's ALT, followed by question mark, followed by A.
With regard to bringing up the About dialog, F1 is specific to Notepad++, and perhaps some other programs, but it is not a universal
