Another test would be to see if you can open the menu from the system tray. To do so, go to the system tray, Windows b, type n until you get to NVDA, then press the context menu key. The NVDA menu

When you say you can't access the NVDA menu, can you use other NVDA commands - eg if you press NVDA+F12 does it read the time? If not, it would indicate an issue with your NVDA key (whether it's set

You are going to have to be a lot more specific about this aspect and, if possible, provide URLs so that those trying to work through to get the same result you're reporting can actually do so.
