I'm not sure of what you're wanting. If you want NVDA to not report each and every key you happen to press, then the command is NVDA+2. If, on the other hand, you want NVDA not to announce

If you have NVDA set to announce keys like tab and down arrow, there is no way around it, the command is either off or on and of course, you wouldn't want to stop speech when using such commands. in
