I had a bit of a panic when some things were not being spoken using the mouse cursor...

The first one was a security update, but with an error...
It announces that it was still 2021.3.1...
So, because of that error, 2021.3.3 was released with only one correction, the internal version

I didn't get any updates at all until I did a manual check for NVDA updates and then I now have 21.3.3.
