What language are you working in? Because in english, the two keys to the right of the letter p are square brackets. you have to hit the shift to get the curly brackets.

It still does. Somehow you must be releasing the NVDA KEY BEFORE HITTING THE DOWN ARROW.

I am looking for a live streaming app that works with NVDA, allows use of separate camera and microphone and can be used on facebook live.

if you use desktop layout and SayAll still does not work for you, just
find screen saver on control panel or by search find it and set it to
none.
i am sure that you can use SayAll in all commen

Fast forward / rewind in iTunes
I've had an enquiry from someone using Windows 10 64-bit, who advised that using control+alt+left and right arrows to rewind or fast forward tracks is not working like it should.

Not reassign. I'd rather add the keystrokes as alternatives, but I guess reassign would be a better word for now, as long as you can go back to default in case you mess up.
