I see this a lot on dictated text messages.
Its also hard to hear the difference unless you spell the word.
In English though there are more odd things

Sile, there are a couple things you can do. The first is to switch to
Narrator & register your Eloquence using that.
If you can't or don't wish to, perhaps this will help:
