You can run it but it doesn't run in XP. I tested Quantum with Firefox 13 and it works properly using Windows 7.

dropped supporting xp and vista together since firefox 53!

in previous years, github worked for me properly even with javascript disabled.
after some months, it did not work without javascript and when i want
to follow nvda changes, send comment or edit
