NVDA is Windows only, so can't be installed on Android, but in theory
you should be able to hear Talkback through Team Viewer. Maybe you
need to turn sound on in Team Viewer. Or TV for Android

I have tried It, but It didn't change.
Maybe this is special format of tables in this document, but previous versions reads those tables, as a tables, not as a text.

It sounds to me like there is a user profile for just word set up. Look at the profiles dialogue and see what you have set up. My guess is either that word has it set to sappi 5 or there is a say all

If you use the Microsoft OneCore voices in windows 10, there is also a multilingual support.
You just need to install the voices you need. This is in the speech

The Speech Viewer window stays visible on top of other Windows even when it does not have focus. While you can focus it and then press ALT+F4, the other way would be to press NVDA+n to open the NVDA

I use LastPass as well without any trouble. I’m using NVDA as my primary screen reader these days, but I’ve used it with JAWS in the past and not had a problem.
