Left shift plus left alt key stil works for me. This has to be enabled in settings though, but it’s a one time deal and forget about it.

As was already stated its windows+spacebar to switch language
This is assuming you have two or more language packs installed in windows 10

Hi Laurie. Its simple. Press WIN key plus spacebar to switch to what keyboard language you downloaded. You do the same to switch back to English.

you can have eloquence speak for free sort of, anyway, by getting an eloquence speak window demo app, and then putting text into it, then making it speak or saving as wav file. it won't work with
