Re: Twitter clients. Re: Read Feeds add-on
Wordpress does that for pro sites and a few things but not basic services.
I have to work to get it to not do that now but yeah its all going that way.

Yes, for windows update you need to.
There are privacy and things you will have to turn off.
I would only turn on things you need, news, sports, weather etc are usefull things but its all what you

I heard a news story that stated that FB might start charging.
It might be a choice, where one gets to do more with it if you pay.

Re: new technology challenge
Chances are when on the go you don't want to talk to your computer anyway.
All those assistants send data though.
Unless you are in a quiet environment most of these assistants are quite useless

Re: Using NVDA with a Twitter Account
Well it just may mean that I set a schedual in my app to check every few minutes like email.
There may be limits.
Its no secret that twitter and some other social networks are not doing so well

Hi,
Ah yes, thanks for spotting that. This shows I type too fast sometimes and miss things…

Re: Strange behaviour of NVDA on Wikipedia
Morné
I was intrigued by the issue which you raise. However, below, I have pasted the actual code behind the Wikipedia web page. The image has a title and an alt text so both are being read out.

Joseph,
You made a typo, it should say:
UIAHandler.terminate()
Cheers,
David.

Re: Problems with NVDA and latest Windows 10 1803
Hi all,
I can confirm this issue with NVDA 2017.3 and Windows 8.1. However, it seems to occur randomly. I didn‘t find a way to reproduce it reliably yet.
Could you please post the content of the log

I believe you are right because I too have come across this problem when I am reading tables that aren't well laid out. But usually I don't encounter any awkwardness. Cheers!

Unlike Steve, I can get my lists to read after sitting here for a minute or two or just having one window in focus and not alt tabbing to another one for a few minutes. It's almost like

It's not just on wikipedia, it happens on other web pages too. I thought it was just an artifact of the way the page was laid out, I didn't think it was an NVDA problem, but it certainly
