I love winamp. I swear by it. But if I have to. I'll learn another player.

Jason,
Thanks for this information on NVDA. I am familiar with both NVDA and JAWS and since the option would exist to experiment with NVDA (though the client is an experienced JAWS user)

Re: Braille Displays and Multiple Languages/Character Sets
Sorry, but can you clarify some points?
1 - Are you talking of Braille displays or NoteTakers Braille?
2 - Do you mean inputing text with a Braille keyboard?
3 - Do you know that is the screen reader

Hi, Lino,
I use winamp for playing streams but for the most part I use windows media player for playing my music files and for ripping CD's. All my music is on an external hard drive.

I notice you’ve posted this query to multiple mailing lists. Since I’ve already replied elsewhere, I’ll add here that the recently announced
BrailleExtender add-on for NVDA is said to enable

I'm in agreement with David. This time around the tutorial is so much better and you did a much better job of explaining the concepts so that people who are new to NVDA can understand

Re: What do we like for a media player besides Winamp?
VLC is a necessity imo if you play a lot of videos. If you're only in it for the audio, winamp works as well as ever on my Windows 10 setup, except for automatic database retrieval, which is broken

It does? I like winamp. But if it crashes for win ten. Or can't really be used. I'd learn another player.
