I'm exactly the same. The processor is about t two generations too old and it does not have the chip, although a friend of mine says that is easy to hack around, I'm not going to try it!

Hi, if your computer can manage win 11. You can upgrade to it. I know mine won’t do it. I tried it last year and I got some sort of notification saying this computer can’t upgrade to windows 11.

The odd thing is that I’m hearing them on my Win11 system, version 21 H2 regardless of whether or not I uncheck details. I’ve personally always been a fan of progress tones as well as the way NVDA

Since no one gets beeps in explorer, I’d say we have, or maybe we’ve muddied the waters a bit more. I personally don’t mind the no beeps as I often copy 2000 files within folders anyway. I
