I presume you mean the Context Menu/Applications Key. Hitting the Windows Key, even if you have focus on an Edge favorite, still brings up the start menu.

Can you then copy the chat history from the chat window with the nvda zoom add on? I often do not do this, as I have a transcript auto save when I exit th emeeting.

Thank you for the info of the JAWS hotkey and its limitation. The fact is that I seldom use JAWS these days. NVDA is my main screen reader.

Find your favorites in Microsoft Edge. Highlight the favorite you want to delete. Press the Windows key and arrow down until you find "Delete" or press the letter D from Delete.

I would guess the first item: "Report Mouse Shape Changes", in the mouse category of nvda settings is the one tht needs unchecking.

The issue is with the add-on. The message you get has to do with add-on API level - the latest API compatibility level is 2021.1. It is possible for add-on authors to specify a newer NVDA release
